If you have the right permission, you can invite the new member join to the project. Just click ‘Invite’ button in the project dashboard view, or go to the view ‘Users & Settings’ > Users and choose ‘Invite member(s)’. MyCollab allows you can invite multiple users at the same time as long as they have the same role.
Type the users’ email; MyCollab supports the complete typing for the existing users in your organization. Press enter for every user to invite, choose the role and preview their permissions. After you finish by clicking the ‘Invite’ button, an email will be sent to all users on the invite list to let them know they are the members of your project.
